Well this is it. I'm setting a goal for myself. I'm going to complete a novel by the end of 2010.
Even as I'm typing this, I'm realizing how ridiculous this is... I have never in my life finished a single novel I started writing. I have about 15(give or take a couple) currently unfinished novels written by me sitting on my bookshelf right now, and who knows how many others I've started on various computers... But all that is changing right now.
By the end of the year 2010, I plan to have at least one complete, edited book. Maybe in 2011 I'll even get it published... But that's another challenge.(:
I have to admit to all of you right now- I am not starting completely from scratch. The book I will be writing is one I started about 4 years ago. I have an outline, a setting, characters, etc. However, I will be completely rewriting it from the very beginning. Prologue, chapters, epilogue, the whole deal.
So journey with me as I blog about the ease of words flowing from my fingers, the difficulties in how I should word a certain sentence, the amazing ideas as they pop into my mind, the times when I struggle to overcome the writer's block I so often get...

I have never finished a novel that i have written either. Maybe we should do it together : D I have so many stories that can be turned into novels but for some reason i never finish them. I start something new and then i come back to it and i'm like "Crap! I forgot about that novel" My dream is too get published but i can't do that if i don't finish. Maybe we can help each other
